About Aerostar Defense
Our Story
Aerostar Defense, Inc. is being launched. We are the primary operating company within the Aerostar enterprise, responsible for delivering aviation flight operations, mission support, and technical services across defense, government, and allied markets. Operational domains are Program Management, Mission Planning, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) under Part 145, and Contract Execution. We are intentionally structured as a clean, focused, asset‑backed operating entity, together with our partners, to support long‑term IPO readiness.
